      蔗糖转运蛋白(sucrose/H +cotransporter或sucrose transporters,SUC)在调节同化产物的分配过程中具有重要作用。为研究梨果实发育成熟过程中关键的蔗糖转运蛋白及其生理功能,以重庆市主栽3个砂梨品种‘翠冠’(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai ‘Cuiguan’)、‘黄花’(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai‘Huanghua’)及‘圆黄’(Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.f.)Nakai cv.‘Wonhuwang’)为试材,通过转录组测序获取高表达的SUC基因。随后采用进化聚类的方法,对其生理功能进行预测。结果表明,PrSUC2, PrSUC3, PrSUC4基因在三个梨栽培品种的果实中都有表达,而PrSUC1只在‘黄花’果实中表达。进一步的qPCR分析表明,这4个基因在‘黄花’的枝梢、叶片、花中同样具有一个较高的表达。进化聚类分析发现,PrSUC3和PrSUC4能够与拟南芥中Clade I/SUT1蛋白聚类,暗示它们更有可能参与了梨果实和其他组织中蔗糖的转运。
英文摘要:
      Sucrose transporters (sucrose/H +cotransporter or sucrose transporters,SUC) have important roles in regulation and distribution of sucrose. To study the physiological roles of PrSUC involved in the developmental and ripening process of pear fruits. Three varieties of sand pear,‘cuiguan’(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai‘Cuiguan’),‘huanghua’(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai ‘Huanghua’) and ‘yuanhuang’(Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.f.)Nakai cv.‘Wonhuwang’) were selected as test materials, we, based on transcriptomes, isolated PrSUC with high expression in pear fruits. Subsequently, phylogenetic analyses were performed to predict functions of PrSUC proteins. The results shown that three genes, PrSUC2, PrSUC3, and PrSUC4, had high expression in fruits of three cultivated species, but PrSUC1 only in “Huanghua”fruits. Further qPCR analyses shown that these four genes were also highly expressed in other tissues of “Huanghua”, including flowers, shoot, and leaves. Based on phylogenetic analyses, we found that PrSUC1 and PrSUC2 could cluster closely with Arabidopsis Clade I/SUT1 proteins, suggesting they may be involved in the transport and distribution of sucrose.
