      基于SSR分子标记技术探讨22份杨梅早熟优株与35份国内杨梅主栽品种的遗传多样性。结果表明,12对多态性SSR分子标记共扩增获得139个条带,平均每对引物可扩增12个条带,平均每对引物的有效等位基因数为4.3262,Shannon信息指数范围为0.9469-2.1570;使用UPGMA法构建所有试材的系统聚类树,结果共分为3个组及3个亚组,聚类结果与试材地域来源关系密切,而与果实成熟期没有明显的关联。另外,大部分早熟杨梅优株亲缘关系倾向于‘荸荠’和‘硬丝’等早熟品种。
英文摘要:
      Based on SSR marker, the genetic diversity of 22 early-maturing early-maturing elite plants and 35 domestically-grown varieties of Chinese bayberry were studied. The results showed that 139 bands were amplified from 12 pairs of polymorphic SSR markers, and each pair of primers could amplify 12 bands. The average number of effective alleles per pair of primers was 4.3262. The Shannon information index range was 0.9469-2.1570; the clustering tree of all the materials was constructed by UPGMA method, the results were divided into three groups and three subgroups. The clustering results were closely related to the regional origin of the samples, but not related to the fruit ripening period. In addition, most of the early maturing elite in Chinese bayberry strains tend to have early maturing cultivars such as "Biqi" and "Yingsi".
