| 为了探究不同自发气调包装对蜂糖李贮藏品质的影响,以蜂糖李为试验材料,采后通过四种不同的自发气调包装处理,对贮藏期生理营养指标进行定期测定,研究不同的自发气调包装对蜂糖李贮藏期品质的影响。结果表明：PE40自发气调包装袋能够有效地延缓蜂糖李贮藏期果实的褐变指数、腐烂指数、呼吸强度、乙烯释放率、丙二醛含量、PPO活性的上升,抑制果实硬度、可溶性固形物、含水率、可滴定酸、总酚含量的下降,并且适宜蜂糖李贮藏的微环境条件为O2：12.8%~13.4%、CO2：6.1%~6.5%。因此,采后用PE40自发气调包装处理对蜂糖李保鲜效果最好。 |

| In this study,the effect of modified atmosphere packaging on ‘Bee sugar’ plum postharvest quality during the storage life was investigated. The effect of spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging on the quality of ‘Bee sugar’ plum during storage. The results showed that the PE40 spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging bag can effectively delay the browning index, decay index, respiratory intensity, ethylene release rate, malondialdehyde content and PPO activity, and inhibit the fruit firmness, soluble solidity, water content, titratable acid and total phenol decreased of the fruit during the storage period of the ‘Bee sugar’ plum. The study also demonstrated that the suitable storing micro－environment for the ‘Bee sugar’ plums was O2:12.8%~13.4%、CO2:6.1%~6.5%. It is summarized that PE40 treatment is the best way for ‘Bee sugar’ plum during the storage life. |
