      叶绿素荧光动力学特征反应植物的光合生理潜力,可作为植物引种驯化的辅助手段。猕猴桃为起源于中国的重要水果,有重要的经济与生态价值。本研究选择8个猕猴桃主栽品种(红阳、Hort 16A、金丰、徐香、海沃德、米良、翠玉、华美2号),比较了快速光响应曲线、初始斜率(α)、最大电子传递速率(ETRmax)、半饱和光强(Ek)、光化学淬灭(qP)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)等差异。结果表明,红阳在各个光化光强度下的电子传递速率均显著高于Hort 16A和其他6种美味猕猴桃品种,整体表现为金丰>徐香>华美>米良>海沃德>翠玉(P<0.05);在所有品种中,徐香α值最低但其半饱和光强(Ek)最高,翠玉最大电子传递速率(ETRmax)最低,并且α值、半饱和光强(Ek)也处于较低水平;Hort 16A半饱和光强(Ek)最低但其α值处于较高水平;红阳的光化学淬灭和非光化学淬灭均高于其他品种。红阳的综合表现最好,因此可大面积推广种植。本研究可为培育优质猕猴桃,开发优质猕猴桃资源提供生理生态学依据。
英文摘要:
      Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics reflects the photosynthetic physiological potential of plants which can be used as an assistant means for plant breeding. Kiwifruit is an important fruit originating in China with important economic and ecological value. In order to select the best variety with high photosynthetic potential, Chlorophyll fluorescences of 8 Kiwifruit cultivars (Hongyang, Hort 16A, Jinfeng, Xuxiang, Hayward, Miliang, Cuiyu and Huamei 2) were measured and compared. The measurements included rapid light curve, initial slope (α), maximum electron transfer rate (ETRmax), semi-saturated light intensity (Ek), photochemical quenching (qP) and non-photochemical quenching (NPQ). The results showed that the electron transfer rates of Hongyang under various light intensities were significantly higher than those of Hort 16A and six other delicious kiwifruit varieties (P < 0.05). The overall performance of florences was as following: Jinfeng > Xuxiang > Huamei > Miliang > Hayward > Cuiyu (P<0.05). Xuxiang displayed the lowest α but the highest Ek. The ETRmax of Cuiyu was the lowest, and the values of α and Ek were also lower. The Ek of Hort 16A was the lowest however its α value was higher than some others. The qP and NPQ of Hongyang was noted to be higher than those of other varieties. Hongyang had the best comprehensive photosynthetic performance, so it might be an ideal variety which needed be widely promoted. This investigation might provide physio-ecological basis for exploring high-quality kiwifruit resources.
