为筛选猕猴桃果实腐烂病的有效防治药剂,本研究运用28种真菌杀菌剂对4种猕猴桃果实腐烂病主要致病菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea,Diaporthe actinidiae,Pestalotiopsis microspora,Alternaria alternata)进行了室内药剂防治测定。研究结果表明45%代森铵150倍液及30%琥胶肥酸铜300倍液对4种病原菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,抑制率高达88.19%,其次是47%春雷王铜500倍液及86.2%铜大师1000倍液,抑制率在84.73%以上。由此说明以上4种药剂是防治软腐病菌的最佳药剂。 |

The efficacy of 28 fungicides to control four main postharvest rot pathogens (Botryosphaeria dothidea, Diaporthe actinidiae, Pestalotiopsis microspora, Alternaria alternata) was evaluated. The results showed that 45% Amobam (×150 times), 30% Copper succinate (×300 times) had the greatest inhibitory effect (88.19%) on hyphal growth in vitro, following with 47% Kasugamycin+Copper oxychloride (×500 times) and 86.2% cuprousoxide (×1000 times) by above 84.73%. The results indicated that these four fungicides had effective antifungal activity against soft rot pathogens. |
