      本试验以‘太秋’甜柿为试材,研究了不同赤霉素种类、浓度及处理部位对果实生长、糖酸组分含量及单宁含量变化的影响。结果显示:GA3和GA4+7外源处理均能显著促进果实可溶性总糖累积,抑制蔗糖与棉子糖生物合成,影响葡萄糖,果糖及甘露醇含量的积累;增加果实苹果酸及奎宁酸含量,降低柠檬酸、草酸及琥珀酸的含量;GA3处理可显著提高果实可溶性单宁含量,对果实鲜重生长无显著影响,而GA4+7处理不仅显著降低果实可溶性单宁含量,并能显著促进果实鲜重生长,综合比较两种赤霉素对果实生长及品质形成的影响,生产上推荐应用1.0%GA4+7萼片处理和1.5%GA4+7果柄处理 。
英文摘要:
      In this experiment, sweet persimmon cultivar ‘Taishuu’ was used to determine the effects of different gibberellin types, concentrations and treatment sites on fruit growth and on the changes of the content of sugar and acid components and tannin in fruits. The results showed that: after the treatment of exogenous GA3 and GA4+7 , the accumulation of total soluble sugar in the fruit was significantly promoted, the biosynthesis of sucrose and raffinose was inhibited, and the the accumulation of glucose, fructose and mannito was affected. It were also found that the GA3 and GA4+7 treatments increased the contents of malic acid and quinic acid but reduced the contents of lemon acid, oxalic acid and succinic acid in fruits. The treatments of GA3 could make soluble tannin content rise significantly, however, the treatments of GA4+7 could not only make the soluble tannin content significantly cut down in fruits , but also the fresh weight increase evidently. Comparing the influences of two kings of GA treatments on the fruit growth and quality formation, 1.0% GA4+7 calyx treatment and 1.5% GA4+7 fruit stalk treatment were recommended for production.
