      通过设置不同基质配比处理,筛选出适合槟榔苗的基质配方,为繁育优质种苗提供理论依据。本研究以红壤土、椰糠和羊粪为原料,按不同比例配制育苗处理组合,测定基质理化性质、根系生长状况、根系活力以及根际微生物多样性等指标。结果表明,不同基质配比处理对根鲜干重、次级根、根系活力及微生物数量等方面影响显著。其中Ⅳ处理(6/10红壤土+3/10椰糠+1/10羊粪)综合表现最好。表现最差的是不添加椰糠和羊粪的CK处理。通过对基质总孔隙度、容重与根系生长、微生物数量的相关性分析发现,总孔隙度与根干重、一级根、根系活力、真菌、细菌、放线菌等均呈显著正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);除根鲜重及二级根数外,容重与其他指标均呈显著或极显著负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),表明种苗繁育基质总孔隙度与容重对植物生长及根际微环境具有重要的影响作用。
英文摘要:
      In order to provide a theoretical basis for high-quality seedling of areca,an experiment was conducted to select a suitable formulation by setting different treatments.Using red loam, coconut coir, sheep dung as the substrate according to physicochemical properties of each substrate,root activity and rhizospheric microorganism were determined.The results showed that the influence of root weight, secondary root, root activity and microbial quantity were significant under different substrate. The best treatment was Ⅳ(red loam: coconut coir: sheep dung=6:3:1), the worse treatment was CK which does not contain coconut coir and sheep dung. Through the analysis of positively correlation between soil porosity, bulk density, root growth and microbial quantity, it was found that soil porosity was positively correlated with root dry weight, primary root, fungal, actinomyces , root activity and bacterium(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Except fresh root weight and secondary root number, bulk density was significantly negatively correlated with other indicators(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Based on the correlation analysis, total porosity and bulk density of substrate have important effects on root growth and rhizospheric microenvironment.
