为探讨褪黑素对干旱胁迫下苹果生理生化指标的影响,本研究以一年生“红富士”苹果盆栽为试材,采用干旱胁迫下连续喷施50、100和200 mg/kg褪黑素的方法,研究干旱胁迫下不同处理苹果叶片水势、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量以及3种抗性相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,苹果叶片水势下降,MDA含量、Pro含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈上升趋势,复水后基本恢复胁迫前水平;喷施褪黑素能缓解苹果叶片水势的下降;降低叶片MDA含量;进一步提高Pro含量和SOD、POD和CAT活性;且高浓度100和200 mg/kg效果好于低浓度50 mg/kg,但100和200 mg/kg之间没有差异。结论:喷施褪黑素可以缓解干旱对苹果幼苗的影响,提高苹果幼苗的抗旱性,综合抗旱效果和经济因素,推荐使用剂量为100 mg/kg。 |

To test the effect of exogenous melatonin on drought physiological and biochemical responses in Malus, we sprayed the melatonin with 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg to one years old Malus domestica borkh. ‘Fuji’ on drought-induced stress. The results showed that water potential of leaves was decreased along with the period of droutht stress continued, while malonaldehyde (MDA) content, proline (Pro) content, and activities of antioxidative enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) were enhanced. More importantly, melatonin relieved the attenuation of water potential of leaves. In addition, melatonin scavenged malonaldehyde (MDA) content, while enhanced proline (Pro) content and activities of SOD, POD, and CAT compared with control. Furthermore, the more effect was high concentration with 100 and 200 mg/kg. However, there was no difference between concentration with 100 and 200 mg/kg. These results indicated that melatonin relieved the damages by drought and enhanced the drought resistance of apple seeding. The optimal concentration is 100 mg/kg according to the effect and price. |
