      以6年生‘紫红’莲雾为试材,比较了4种防寒措施(喷施50mg/L水杨酸和1000mg/L壳聚糖混配剂;喷施1000倍海藻肥和750倍磷肥混配剂;覆盖遮阳网;覆盖塑料大棚)在自然降温中对莲雾抗寒性的影响,结果显示:4种田间防寒措施能显著降低莲雾在低温胁迫下的MDA积累,增加脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量;覆盖遮阳网和塑料大棚在降低MDA含量上优于化学防寒,化学防寒则在增加细胞保护性物质上效果较好。应用在露地栽培的3种防寒措施未明显提高保护酶系统活性;覆盖塑料大棚处理的叶片SOD活性显著高于对照,CAT、POD活性显著低于露地上的处理。
英文摘要:
      The effects of four winter protection measures on the cold resistance of the six-year-old "zihong" wax apple under natural low temperature were studied. The results showed that four winter protection measures could significantly reduce MDA accumulation and increase proline and soluble sugar content in wax apple under low temperature stress. Covering the shade net and the plastic greenhouse were better than chemical winter protection in reducing MDA content, and chemical winter protection was better in increasing cellular protective substances. Three winter protection measures applied in field cultivation did not significantly improve the activity of protective enzyme system. The SOD activity of the leaves covered by the plastic greenhouse was significantly higher than that of the control, and the CAT and POD activities were significantly lower than those on the open field.
