为分析不同李种质果皮总酚含量及其抗氧化能力,以21个李种质为试材,测定果皮中总酚含量,采用DPPH法、FRAP法和ABTs法测定其抗氧化能力。结果表明:李果皮中酚含量丰富且不同种质间差异明显,不同李种质果皮中总酚含量为66.39~560.81mg/100g,平均含量224.23mg/100g,变异系数为48.24%,安哥诺、黑宝石、密山大紫李、青奈中含量较高,玉皇李含量最低;李果皮酚提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,综合抗氧化能力较强的品种有安哥诺、黑宝石、密山大紫李、青奈和布尔班克。果皮中总酚含量与DPPH、FRAP和ABTs 均呈极显著正相关。3种抗氧化评价方法的相关性分析表明,DPPH/FRAP、DPPH/ABTs和FRAP/ABTs相关性均达到极显著相关,3种方法可作为李果皮酚类物质抗氧化能力评价的主要选择。 |

Phenolic content and antioxidant capacity in the fruit skin extracts from 21 plum resources were assayed, the total antioxidant capacity(TAC) were analyzed using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging capacity (DPPH), trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (ABTs) and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). The results showed that the total phenolic content (TPC) were abundant and significantly different among plum resources. TPC in peel of plums ranged from 66.39 to 560.81 mg/100g, which was expressed as gallic acid equivalents, average content 224.23mg/100g, variation coefficient 48.24%, the TPC in peel were the higher in Angeleno, Friar, Mishandazili, Qingnai, while Yuhuangli had the lowest. The antioxidant activities of Angeleno, Friar, Mishandazili, Qingnai and Burbank were the higher in those of all resources. It showed that TPC had extremely significant positive correlation with TAC measured using DPPH, FRAP and ABTs method. The antioxidative capacities tested by DPPH, FRAP and ABTs methods exist extremely significant correlation, and were considered to be the excellent method which used to evaluate antioxidant capacity in the fruit skin of plums. |
