      “泽圣3号”是在云南省会泽县泡核桃实生群体中选育而成的优良品种。该品种连续丰产性能好,并具有避晚霜特性;坚果中等大,均单果重11.94g,形状为扁圆球,果基圆,果顶圆渐尖,纵径3.86cm,横径3.42cm,侧径2.97cm,果壳纹路较浅,缝合线低,结合紧密;壳厚0.74mm,核仁重6.21g,出仁率52﹪,内褶壁退化,横隔膜纸质,易取整仁,仁色黄白,仁饱满,味香,脂肪含量68.10﹪,蛋白质含量16.40﹪。在会泽地区9月上中旬果实成熟。2017年通过云南省林木品种审定委员会良种认定。

      “Ze Sheng 3” is the improved variety breeding from the seeding plants of Juglans sigillata in Huize. The plants are continually fruitfulSwith avoidance of late frost. The nut is medium-sized. The weight of single nut is 11.94g. The shape of nut is oblate spherical. The shape of nut-base is round. The shape of nut-top is round and acuminate. The longitudinal diameter of nut is 3.86cm. The transverse diameter of nut is 3.42cm. The lateral diameter of nut is 2.97cm. The lines on the surface of nut are shallow. The suture of nut is low and tight. The thickness of nutshell is 0.74mm. The weight of kernel is 6.21g. The shelling percentage of nut is 52﹪. The inner fold wall in nut is degraded. The diaphragm in nut is papery. The hole kernel is easy to take, yellow white, full and savory. The fat content of kernel is 68.10﹪. The protein content of kernel is 16.40﹪. The fruit maturity is in early and mid September in Huize. This variety had been identificated by Forest Variety Accreditation Committee of Yunnan in 2017.
