      以云和雪梨为试材,分析比较了不同材质和厚度保鲜膜对果实采后生理代谢与品质的影响。结果表明,与对照处理相比,采用保鲜膜处理均可较好的保持果实水分,PE(0.02mm)、PE(0.02mm+WK)及PVC(0.04mm)其平均失水率分别比对照处理低68.7%、89.2%及85.8%;延迟了果皮叶绿素降解,较好的保持了叶绿素活性,推迟果皮转黄,较好地维持果实质地与有机酸含量,较好地保持果实原有风味,但不同保鲜膜贮藏效果略有差异。整体来看,贮藏160天后,PVC(0.04mm)处理果实颜色最绿,贮藏综合品质最佳;其次为PE(0.02mm+WK),再次是PE(0.02mm)。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different packaging films on postharvest physiology and quality of ‘Yunhexueli’ were indicated. The results showed that using plastic packaging films can better maintain the fruit quality than control, decreased the fruit water loss, the average water loss rate of PE(0.02mm), PE(0.02mm+WK) and PVC(0.04mm) were 68.7%, 89.2% and 85.8% lower than that of control respectively; inhibited the degradation of chlorophyll and better maintained the chlorophyll activity, delayed the yellow turning of the peel; besides that, the fruit texture, organic acid content and fruit original flavor were better maintained by using the plastic film. But the storage effect of different packaging film material and thickness was slightly different. Overall, after storaged for 160d, PVC (0.04mm) treated fruit with the best color and quality; PE (0.02mm+WK) and PE (0.02mm) were followed.
