泡核桃新品种‘紫桂’是泡核桃种群(J.sigillata)实生选育选出的泡核桃新品种。‘紫桂’坚果近圆球形,三径为3.46cm×3.29cm×2.9cm;坚果先端钝尖,底部圆,缝合线隆起,结合紧密,壳面浅麻点较多;平均单果重12.51g,仁重6.7g,壳厚1.0mm,内褶壁不发达,横隔膜膜质,易取整仁,出仁率53.57%,内种皮呈淡紫色。仁饱满,肉质细腻,食味纯香不涩,品质佳;脂肪含量69.7%,蛋白质含量24.6%。2018年12月通过云南省林木品种审定委员会认定并命名。 |

Zi Gui”- Breeding of New Variety from Juglans sigillata
Abstract: “Zi Gui” is a new variety breeding from the seeding plants of Juglans sigillata. “Zi Gui”is with 3 years earlier seed setting stage and smaller tree than “Dayao San Tai”. “Zi Gui” is with exuberant tree?vigour and steady output. Its nutis ellipsoid. ?The "three-path" of nut is usually 3.46cm×
3.29cm×2.9cm. The top of nut is blunt-pointed. The base of nut is round. The suture of nut is close and bulging. The pitting on surface of nut is many and shallow. The weight of single nut
is 12.51g on average. The weight of kernel is 6.7g. The thickness of shell is 1.0mm. The inner fold wall is underdeveloped. The diaphragm is papery. The complete kernel is easy to get. The shelling percentage is 53.57%. The kernel?coating is lightly purple. The kernel is plump. The meat quality of kernel is delicate. The taste of kernel is fragrant and pure without astringent taste,fresh and sweet with excellent taste. The fat content of kernel is 69.7%. The protein content of kernel is 24.6%. This variety had been identificated and named by Forest Variety Accreditation Committee of Yunnan in December 2018 |
