测定丙硫唑和溴菌腈对芒果细菌性角斑病菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv. Mangiferaeindicae)的联合毒力及其田间防治效果。结果表明,丙硫唑与溴菌腈对芒果细菌性角斑病菌EC50值分别为2.869 μg/mL和0.206 μg/mL,当质量比为1:2混配时毒力增效作用最明显,增效系数为1.595,其EC50值为0.187 μg/mL;二者以75 g/hm2与150 g/hm2(有效成分质量比1:2)进行田间桶混处理15 d,防效达80%以上,显著高于单剂防效。 |

The toxicity of albendazole, dibromodicyanobutane and their mixtures at different ratios against X. campestris pv. mangiferaeindicae was examined by turbidimeter test and the control efficacy was conducted in the field. The results demonstrated that albendazole and dibromodicyanobutane had evident antibacterial activity with EC50 value of 2.869 μg/mL and 0.206 μg/mL, respectively. The mixtures of two fungicides at the ratio of 1:2 with EC50 value of 0.187 μg/mL exhibited the most synergism with synergistic ratio (SR) of 1.595. Field trials showed that the tank mixture of albendazole and dibromodicyanobutane treated with 75 g/hm2 and 150 g/hm2(1:2, w/w) , respectively, was higher control efficacy than that of respective ingredient and the control effect was over 80% after 15 d treatment. |
