本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取龙安柚柚皮精油,通过单因素及正交试验对提取工艺进行优化,考察浸泡时间、NaCl溶液质量分数、料液比对得率的影响;测定龙安柚柚皮精油抗氧化和抑菌活性。结果表明:当提取时间为60 min,NaCl溶液质量分数为2%,料液比为1:1.5时柚皮精油提取率最高为0.79%;龙安柚柚皮精油具有较强的还原能力和清除DPPH自由基的作用,对DPPH的半抑制浓度为3.22mg/mL,抑菌试验结果显示,龙安柚柚皮精油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抑制作用,随着精油浓度增加,抑菌效果增强。 |

Extracted essential oils using the method of steam distillation from Long'an pomelo peel, and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The effects of the ratio of solid to liquid, the mass fraction of NaCl solution, soaking time on the extraction rate of essential oil were investigated, and the antioxidant activity in vitro and antibacterial of Long’an pomelo peel essential oil were determined.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of the steam distillation of essential oils was as follows: the ratio of material to liquid 1:1.5(g/mL), the mass fraction of NaCl 2%, and the soaking time 60min. The essential oils had strong reducing power,and scavenging free radical DPPH,the IC50 of DPPH·was 3.22mg/mL.The essential oils also showed antimicrobial activities on the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, with the increasing of mass concentration,the bacteriostatic effects of bacteria were gradually increased. |
