      为寻求猕猴桃园废弃枝条的资源化利用途径,本研究对新鲜的猕猴桃枝条进行了不同的粉碎、消毒、接种EM菌、接种蚯蚓等处理;分析不同处理对蚯蚓生存、生长、繁殖的影响,以及这些处理对猕猴桃枝条营养元素的影响。结果显示:30 d后,蚯蚓在不同处理的枝条粉碎物中,存活率为87.50%~100%,各处理间的差异不显著。枝条的二次粉碎物较1次粉碎物更有利于蚯蚓的生长和繁殖;其中二次粉碎、清水飘洗(A5)的处理,蚯蚓的繁殖率最高,达2 906.25%。与对照(CK)相比,猕猴桃枝条粉碎物接种蚯蚓后其全氮、全磷、全钾、全C等元素含量均有所上升;而有机质含量下降,最大降幅约25%;C/N比下降,降幅最大为15%。蚯蚓在30天内对100%猕猴桃枝叶粉碎物的最大生物降解率约为25%。由此可见,猕猴桃冬季修剪的枝条废弃物可作为蚯蚓饲料的原料;也可通过粉碎、灭菌、接种蚯蚓等处理直接回田;同时,猕猴桃枝条也是一种良好的有机肥原料。

      In order to find a way to utilize the abandoned branches in kiwifruit orchards, different treatments of milling, disinfecting, inoculating EM bacteria and earthworms were carried out on the fresh branches of kiwifruit. The effects of different treatments on the survival, growth and reproduction of earthworms were analyzed, and the effects of these treatments on the nutrient elements in the branches of kiwifruit were also discussed. The results showed that after 30 days, the survival rate of earthworms in different treatments was 87.50%~100%. There was no significant difference among the treatments. The growth and reproduction of earthworms were more beneficial to the second crush of branches than the first crush, and the highest reproduction rate of earthworms was 2 906.25% after the second crush and water washing (A5). Compared with CK, the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total C and other elements increased after inoculating the crushed kiwifruit branches with earthworms. The content of organic matter decreased, the biggest drop is about 25%. C/N ratio declined, with a maximum decrease of 15%. The maximum biodegradability of earthworms to 100% kiwifruit branches in 30 days is about 25%. It can be seen that the waste of kiwifruit branches pruned in winter can be used as raw material for earthworm feed, and can also be directly returned to the field by crushing, sterilization and inoculation of earthworms. At the same time, kiwifruit branches are also a good raw material for organic fertilizer.
