      白粉病是葡萄常发性真菌病害。本研究分析了同一葡萄园中玫瑰蜜葡萄(V. Vinifera L.× V. labrusca L.)白粉病不同感病程度(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ 和 Ⅳ级)叶片可培养内生真菌菌群结构所存在的差异。结果表明,四种不同感病程度的葡萄叶片中共分离得到675株内生真菌,77个OTU,分属于27个属。与白粉病染病Ⅰ级葡萄叶片相比,Ⅳ级染病葡萄叶片可培养内生真菌的分离率和多样性指数均相对较高。同一葡萄植株上染病叶片(Ⅲ级)和染病不明显叶片(Ⅱ级)的内生真菌分离率差异显著。内生真菌属Cladosporium, Epicoccum, Acremonium, Bjerkandera, Ciboria和Didymellaceae 只在染病叶片中分离到,而Daldinia, Chaetomium 属的内生真菌只在未染病叶片中分离到。与染病叶片相比,OTU-27, OTU-77, OTU-82, OTU-68在染病不明显叶片中具有较高的优势度。研究结果为了解白粉病病原菌与其它内生真菌的相互作用以及进一步发掘白粉病生物防治菌株提供了思路和物质基础。
英文摘要:
      Powdery mildew cause by Uncinula necator, is a frequently out-broken grapevine fungal disease. Our present study investigated the differences of cultivable fungal endophytic communities in grape leaves (V. Vinifera L.× V. labrusca L., cultivar: Rose honey), which infected with different degrees of powdery mildew (defined as infection levelsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ). In totally 675 fungal isolates belong to 77 OTU, 27 genus were isolated from all grape leaves with different degrees of powdery mildew infection. Compared to non-infection leaves (levelⅠ), relatively higher isolation rate and diversity index of fungal endophytes were detected in powdery mildew infected grape leaves (level Ⅳ). Significant differences in isolation rate and diversity index were observed between powdery mildew infection (level Ⅲ) and non-symptoms grape leaves (level Ⅱ) which harvested from the same grapevine. Fungal genera Cladosporium, Epicoccum, Acremonium, Bjerkandera, Ciboria, Didymellaceae were only detected in disease grape leaves, while fungal genera Daldinia and Chaetomium were only isolated from powdery mildew non-infected grape leaves. Endophytic fungal strains OTU-27, OTU-77, OTU-82, OTU-68 detected in higher dominance in grape leaves of levelⅠand Ⅱ than in grape leaves of level Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Results of this research provided clues for investigating the interactions between powdery mildew pathogen and other fungal endophytes, as well as for screening candidate fungal strains which may be used in powdery mildew biocontrol in viticulture.
