| 近年来，随着江西省赣南地区果树产业结构调整与转型，软枣猕猴桃‘红宝石星’先后被引进栽培。通过连续3年(2017-2019)对其在亚热带赣南地区生长适应性、物候期、果实品质等系统观测与研究，结果表明其植株生长势较强，四倍体，在田间未发现溃疡病等病害，具有较强的抗旱性和耐热性；伤流期在2月中旬，萌芽期在3月中旬，花期在4月上旬，花期长达6-7 d，8月上旬果实成熟，11月下旬开始落叶进入休眠期；该品种果实呈长椭圆形，果形指数为1.51；平均单果重为25.85 g，最大可达32.49 g；丰产性能较强，三年生猕猴桃亩产可达500 kg；果实可溶性固形物含量为16.60%，干物质含量为16.84%；可溶性糖含量较高，为17.30%，可滴定酸含量低，为0.83%，风味甜香；在亚热带赣南地区，该品种果实维生素C与花青苷含量积累较低，分别为107.43 mg/100g FW和0.21 mg/100g FW。综上所述，‘红宝石星’软枣猕猴桃在亚热带赣南地区表现出适应性强、抗性强、丰产、果实糖度积累显著增加、综合性状良好等特点，但其维生素C与花青苷含量较低，在赣南地区栽培时可采用适当遮阳、套袋等技术措施，有利于促进维生素C和花青苷含量的积累。 |

| In recent years, due to the adjustment and transformation of the industrial structure of fruit trees in the mountains of south Jiangxi province, the ‘Hongbaoshixing’ (A.arguta) was beginning to be cultivated. The growth adaptability, fruit quality and phenological period were observed for 3 years (2017-2019). The results showed that, its germination stage was in late march, flowering in late April and fruit ripening in early August. The fruit shape index was 1.51, the average weight of fruit was 25.85g, and the maximum weight was 32.49g. It showed a strong yield performance, the yield per mu can reach 500 kilograms of triennial kiwifruit plant. The soluble solid content was 16.60% and the dry matter was 16.84%. Soluble sugar was higher (17.30%), titratable acid was lower (0.83%), and vitamin C was 107.43mg /100g FW. To sum up, ‘Hongbaoshixing’ showed strong adaptability, significant increase in sugar content, strong cold resistance, high yield and good comprehensive characters in the mountains of south Jiangxi province, which can be popularized and cultivated in south Jiangxi province. |
