中国李是重要的落叶果树之一,具有较高的经济价值与生态价值,但其全基因组信息尚未被解析,限制着相关研究的深入开展。本研究通过二代基因组Survey测序分析,对中国李品种‘秋姬’全基因组信息进行初步解析,质控后共获得22.9 Gb 高质量数据,经17-mer分析,预估其基因组大小为305.6 Mb,基因组杂合度为0.92%,属于高杂合中型基因组;采用SOAPdenovo软件进行组装,所得Contig N50为440 bp,Scaffold总长约为267 Mb,后续拟用第三代测序技术进行精细组装。 |

Chinese plum (Prunus salicina L) is one of the most important deciduous fruit species in the world, possessing high economic and ecologic value, of which the whole genome sequence remains undiscovered, restricting the conducting of related further researches. Here, we reported the genome survey analysis via the whole-genome short-gun technology. Totally 22.9 Gb clean data was obtained, and according to the 17-mer analysis, the estimated genome size and heterozygosity was 305.6 Mb and 0.92%, respectively. We assembled the genome with SOAPdenovosoftware, the Contig N50 was 440 bp, which was relatively small, and the genome integrity was low, suggesting that the third-generation technologies were necessary in our upcoming work in Chinese plum genome deciphering. |
