      为探索黄化症状与真菌种群的相关性,采集茂谷柑的健康和黄化植株的根系及根区土壤样品,用高通量测序技术,分析其真菌种群。结果发现,所有样品中均以子囊菌门粪壳菌纲为主。在根系样品中,优势科为丛赤壳科,相对丰度均大于50%,感染黄龙病植株(HM1-R)中,地星科的相对丰度位居第二,为22.58%。在根区土壤样品中,除黄化植株2(HM2-S)的优势科为肉座菌科(相对丰度为30.27%)外,其他样品的优势科均为丛赤壳科。球壳菌科在感染黄龙病植株(HM1-S)、接合菌门未明确科在黄化植株3(HM3-S)均为第二优势科,相对丰度分别为12.93%和16.83%。囊球菌门在所有样品中相对丰度均很低,在0-0.28%之间。可见,不同黄化植株根区土壤样品中,优势科有差异。由此推测茂谷柑黄化症状与根区土壤真菌种群有一定的相关性。
英文摘要:
      To explore the correlation between the chlorosis symptoms and fungal population, the root and root zone soil samples from the healthy and chlorosis plants of Murcott citrus were collected and the fungal populations in the samples were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that Sordariomycetes in Ascomycota was the main fungus class in all samples. Nectriaceae was the dominant family in all root samples, their relative abundances were more than 50%. Geastraceae was the family ranking second in Huanglongbing infected plant (HM1-R), with relative abundance 22.58%. Among the root zone soil samples, except Hypocreaceae as the dominant family in Huanglongbing infected plant (HM1-S) with relative abundance 30.27%, the dominant family in all other samples was Nectriaceae. The second families in chlorosis plant 2 (HM2-S) and chlorosis plant 3 (HM3-S) were Chaetomiaceae and Zygomycota-family, with relative abundance 12.93% and 16.83% respectively. The relative abundances of Glomeromycota in all samples were very low, between 0-0.28%. It is indicated that the dominant families in different chlorosis plants root zone soil were variant. It is hypothesized that there is a certain correlation between the chlorosis symptoms and the fungi population in the root zone soil of Murcott citrus.
