      为探明MeJA对梨感染黑星菌后叶片损伤的缓解效应。试验以感病品种‘雪花’和抗病品种‘黄冠’梨叶片为试验材料,分析了黑星菌侵染后梨叶片叶绿体结构和叶绿素含量的变化,及MeJA处理对叶绿素含量和叶绿素合成关键基因表达的影响。结果表明:黑星菌对‘雪花’梨叶片叶绿体结构有更明显的破坏现象,且在侵染9天时‘黄冠’梨叶绿素含量比对照下降了37%,而‘雪花’梨下降了49%;MeJA处理可迅速诱导‘黄冠’梨CAO的表达且显著增加了侵染后期(5~9天)‘雪花’梨CHLH、CAO基因的相对表达量,缓解了黑星菌侵染后梨叶片叶绿素含量的降低。说明适当浓度的MeJA处理可以增加梨叶片叶绿素含量,在一定程度上诱导梨增强对黑星菌的抗性。
英文摘要:
      To clarify the mitigative effect of MeJA on the leaf damage of pear after infection with V. nashicola. In this experiment, the susceptible variety ‘Xuehua’ and the resistant variety ‘Huangguan’ pear leaves were used as experimental materials. The changes of chloroplast structure and chlorophyll content in leaves of two varieties after infestation with V. nashicola were analyzed. And the effects of MeJA treatment on the chlorophyll content and the expression of key genes were studied. The results showed that the V. nashicola had more significant damage to the chloroplast structure of the ‘Xuehua’ pear leaves. The chlorophyll content of ‘Huangguan’ pears decreased by 37% compared with the control at 9 day post infection, while the ‘Xuehua’ pear decreased by 49%. After MeJA treatment, the expression of CAO in ‘Huangguan’ pear was induced rapidly and the relative expression of CHLH and CAO genes in ‘Xuehua’ pear was increased significantly in 5-9 days, and the decrease of chlorophyll content in pear leaves after infection with V. nashicola were relieved. It indicated that the appropriate concentration of MeJA treatment can increase the chlorophyll content of pear leaves and enhance the resistance of pears to V. nashicola to some extent.
