对湖南地区30个柚类品种果实外在品质和内在品质进行测定。通过主成分分析建立果实内在品质综合评价模型,共提取3个主成分,累计贡献率达75.867%。根据主成分综合得分得出各品种综合排名,品质排名较好的品种有慈利金香柚、早熟高糖香柚3号、龙都早香柚、慈利甜柚1号、安农1号、石榴柚、永嘉早香柚等,综合排名较差的品种有安江酸柚、慈利矮晚柚、中秋蜜柚等,与感官鉴定的结果一致。该柚类品质分析结果可为湖南地区栽培柚类品种和育种的选择材料提供指导和依据。 |

The external quality and internal quality of 30 cultivated pomelo varieties in Hunan were tested. A comprehensive evaluation model of fruit internal quality was established by principal component analysis. Three principal components were extracted, with a cumulative contribution rate of 75.867%. According to the comprehensive score of the main components, some elite variety were obtained.The varieties with good fruit quality are Cili Jinxiang pomelo, early high sugar Xiang pomelo 3, Longdu zaoxiang pomelo, Cili Tian pomelo 1, Annong 1, Shiliu pomelo, Yongjia Zaoxiang pomelo, etc. the varieties with poor comprehensive ranking are Anjiang acid pomelo, Cili aiwan pomelo, mid autumn honey pomelo, etc. It is in consistent with the result of sensory evaluation.The results can provide guidance and basis for the selection of cultivars and breeding materials of pummelo in Hunan Province. |
