【目的】2019年2月在云南省河口市的油梨活树上发现了一种茎腐病,本研究的目的是明确该病病原菌种类及其生物学特性。【方法】通过形态学鉴定及分子检测的方法鉴定该病原菌种类,并从温度、pH、培养基类型及光照条件等方面对该病原菌的生物学特性进行研究。【结果】通过形态学鉴定及分子检测,确定该病病原菌为南方灵芝[Ganoderma australe(Fr.)Pat.];该病病原菌菌落生长的最适温度为30℃,最适pH为6,最适培养基为PDA,黑暗条件有利于该病原菌生长。 |

[Purpose]In February 2019, a stem rot disease was found on Persea americana in Hekou City, Yunnan Province. The purpose of this study was to identify the species and biological characteristics of the pathogen . [Method]The species of the pathogen was identified by morphological identification and molecular detection, and the biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied in temperature, pH, medium types and light conditions. [Result]By morphological characteristics and molecular detection, the pathogen was identified as Ganoderma australe(Fr.)Pat..The most suitable temperature of the pathogen was 30℃. The best pH of the pathogen was 6. The most suitable culture medium of the pathogen was PDA. The mycelium of the pathogen grew well on dark condition. |
