      梨树存在耐涝性分化。通过对涝渍环境中耐涝型与涝渍敏感型梨树叶片中H2O2与MDA分析发现,涝渍引起的黄化叶片H2O2积累量显著增加,而MDA含量与对照近似。涝渍引起的黄化叶片总抗氧化能力显著高于对照及耐涝型植株叶片。CAT在涝渍胁迫梨树叶片与对照叶片中活性水平相当。SOD在两类受涝梨树叶片中活性水平均高于对照,但在耐涝型植株叶片中最高。POD在两类受涝梨树叶片中活性水平均低于对照,但其在耐涝型植株叶片中的活性水平仍显著高于涝渍敏感性植株叶片。SOD/POD的活性差异可能是导致受涝梨树叶色失绿与早衰与否的关键因素。
英文摘要:
      Pear trees evolved different adaptability under waterlogging stress. Analysis in the leaves of pear trees revealed that the accumulation of H2O2 was caused by waterlogging with highest content in the leaves of waterlogging sensitive pear trees. By contrast, the content of MDA in both types of pear leaves under waterlogging was similar to that of control. The total antioxidant capacity of the yellow leaves caused by waterlogging was significantly higher than that of control and the leaves of the waterlogging tolerance pear trees. The activity of CAT in both types of waterlogging stressed leaves was similar to that in the control. The SOD activities were induced in both types of pear leaves by waterlogging stress, but the activity of the enzyme in the leaves of waterlogging tolerance pear trees was the highest. The POD activity was repressed in both pear leaves by waterlogging stress, but the enzyme activity in the leaves of waterlogging tolerance pear trees was still significantly higher than that in the leaves of waterlogging sensitive pear trees. The difference of SOD/POD activity may be the key factor of leaf green loss and premature aging in waterlogged pear trees. Keywords:Waterlogging, Pear, Oxidative stress, H2O2, SOD, POD
