      为了筛选适宜的营养液氮素配方,本研究以南高丛蓝莓品系‘H5’为试验试材,设置不同的氮素用量与不同形态氮素比例处理,检测蓝莓植株叶片、根系生理指标及植株生长量。结果表明:叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及根系总呼吸速率变化趋势类似,随施氮量的增加而增加。施氮量为500 mg/株和1000 mg/株时,叶绿素含量显著高于对照,分别较对照提高72.24%和46.82%。施氮量为150 mg/株时,根系活力与植株生长指标最佳。当NH4+:NO3-为5:1时,叶片丙二醛含量显著低于对照,根系活力和根系总呼吸速率显著高于对照,呼吸途径由糖酵解途径向三羧酸循环途径转化,植株生长状态良好。综上,初步筛选出蓝莓营养液中最佳施氮方案为氮肥用量为150 mg/株,NH4+:NO3-为5:1。
英文摘要:
      To screening the suitable nitrogen formula of nutrient solution, the southern highbush blueberry strain "H5" were used as the test material in this study. And the leaves physiological indexes, root physiological indexes and biomass of blueberry plants were detected under different nitrogen amount and different forms nitrogen proportion. The results showed that the changes trend of leaves proline content, malondialdehyde content and total root respiration rate were similar, which increased with the nitrogen application amount. When the nitrogen application amount were 500 mg/plant and 1000 mg/plant, the chlorophyll content were significantly higher than that of the control, which was 72.24% and 46.82% higher than the control, respectively. When the nitrogen application amount was 150 mg/plant, the root activity and plant growth index were the best. When NH4+:NO3- is 5:1, the content of malondialdehyde in leaves is significantly lower than that in the control, while the root activity and root respiratory rate are significantly higher than that in the control and the respiratory pathway is transformed from the EMP pathway to the TCA pathway with good plant growth condition. In summary, the optimal nitrogen application formula for the nutrient solution of blueberry was with nitrogen amount of 150 mg/plant and NH4+:NO3- of 5:1.
