中文摘要:
      2018-2019年对4C膏剂、4C液剂、2C、3C、诱虫颗粒、CME共6种实蝇诱剂进行了田间引诱效果评价。结果表明:对橘小实蝇引诱持效期最长是CME和2C,2年平均91d;其次3C和诱虫颗粒,平均87.5d,第三是4C膏剂(平均71d),最短是4C液剂(平均61.5d);诱虫量最高是CME,2年总诱虫量达到3644头,其次是诱虫颗粒、1824头,其他依次是4C液剂(91头)、2C(82头)、3C(76头)和4C膏剂(50头);杀雌率最高是3C、达到57.89%,其次是4C膏剂(56%)、2C(47.56%)和4C液剂(43.95%),CME和诱虫颗粒杀雌率最低,分别只有0.6%和0.03%,差异显著。对瓜实蝇(含南瓜实蝇、下同)引诱持效期最长是4C膏剂、4C液剂、2C和3C,2年平均91d;其次诱虫颗粒(平均79.5d),CME2年没有诱到瓜实蝇;诱虫量最高是3C ,2年总诱虫量达到977头;其次是4C液剂(878头)、4C膏剂(856头)和2C(495头),诱虫颗粒诱虫量较少,只有69头,CME诱虫量为0,对瓜实蝇没有引诱作用;杀雌率最高是4C膏剂、达到32.71%,其次是诱虫颗粒(28.98%)、4C液剂(27.33%)、2C(19.59%)和3C(15.05%),差异显著。

      Abstract: Six lure agents (4C Paste Agent, 4C Liquid Agent, 2C, 3C, Particles Lure, CME) to fruit flies was evaluated in 2018 and 2019.For Bactrocera dorsalis (Hende), CME and 2C had the longest trapping time with an average of 91d for 2 years. In addition, 3C and Particles Lure had an average of 87.5d , followed by agent 4C Paste Agent (average of 71d) and 4C Liquid Agent (average of 61.5d). CME had the highest trapping amount, the total trapping amount was 3644 in 2 years, followed by Particles Lure with 1824 flies, 4C (91 flies), 2C (82 flies), 3C (76 flies) and 4C Paste Agent(50 flies). 3C had the highest female-killing rate, reaching 57.89%, followed by 4C Paste Agent (56%), 2C (47.56%) and 4C Liquid Agent (43.95%). CME and Particles Lure had the lowest female-killing rates were 0.6% and 0.03%, respectively, which had significant differences . For Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett), 4C Paste Agent, 4C Liquid Agent , 2C and 3C had the longest trapping time, with an average of 91d for 2 years. followed by the Particles Lure (mean 79.5d), and CME failed to attract fruit flies in the 2 years. 3C had the highest trapping amount, reaching to 977 in 2 years, followed by 4C Liquid Agent (878 flies), 4C Paste Agent (856 flies) and 2C (495 flies), the trapping amount of Particles Lure was only 69 flies, the trapping amount of CME was 0. The 4C Paste Agent had the highest rate of female killing, reaching 32.71%, followed by Particles Lure (28.98%), 4C Liquid Agent (27.33%), 2C (19.59%) and 3C (15.05%), with significant differences.
