为推进嘉宝果产业在广东地区的发展,项目引进嘉宝果在广东中山种植,经过连续期4年对嘉宝果的生物学特性、物候期、果实品质、抗性和耐贮性等的调查研究,以及与前人的研究比较分析,结果表明种子繁殖的嘉宝果树种植7年后可投产,在广东中山一年开花结果3次,平均单果重6.85 g、可溶性固形物含量11.9%、维生素C为22 mg/100g、蛋白质1.24%、脂肪0.1%。果肉口感酸甜,风味较浓,果肉香气浓,果实品质佳。植株抗病性强,对赤霉素和氯吡苯脲敏感。具有良好的经济和应用价值,适合在广东推广种植。并总结出一套栽培技术措施,包括建园及定植、覆膜防草和肥水管理、整形修剪、提高坐果率与果实品质、病虫害防治等。 |

In order to promote the development of the jaboticaba fruit industry in Guangdong, the jaboticaba was introduced to be planted in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province by our project. After its biological characteristics, phenological period, fruit quality, resistance and storability have been investigated for 4 consecutive years, and that compared with previous studies by us. The results showed that the jaboticaba trees start to produce after 7 years of planting from seed in Zhongshan city of Guangdong. And it can bloom three times a year, the average single fruit weight is 6.85g, with soluble solids content 11.9%, Vitamin C 22 mg/100g, protein 1.24% and fat 0.1%. The flesh fruit tastes sweet and sour, its flavor is strong, and its quality is well. The plant also has strong disease resistance. And it is sensitive to gibberellin and chlorfenuron. The jaboticaba is suitable for promotion in Guangdong for its good economic benefits and application value. At the same time, we also summarized the supporting cultivation techniques for jaboticaba, including gardening and planting, mulching for grass control, fertilizer- water management, plastic pruning, improving fruit setting rate and fruit quality, and pest control. |
