‘橘湘珑’是从‘黔阳冰糖橙’胚芽嫁接子代中选育的新品种。果实大小均匀,整齐度较好,近球形,果形指数0.97,纵径65.1 mm,横径66.0 mm,单果重120 g,果皮厚4.68 mm,难剥皮,果面橙色,果肉浅橙色,化渣性好,出汁率60.05%, 可溶性固形物14.5 Brix,可滴定酸含量 0.38 %,Vc 含量46.96 mg/100 ml,可食率为70.59%,无核或种子数极少,在11月中下旬成熟。抗寒性强,抗旱性强,和‘黔阳冰糖橙’抗病性类似,易感溃疡病和衰退病。采用SSR标记可以区分‘橘湘珑’和‘黔阳冰糖橙’。该品种适合在全国甜橙种植区推广栽培。 |

‘Juxianglong’ is a new sweet orange variety selected from seedling offspring of ‘Bingtang Orange’ plants. The fruit is spherical in shape and medium in size, averaging 0.97 of fruit shape index with a smooth orange color peel. The fruit is 65.1 mm long, 66.0 mm in diameter, weighing about 120 g with a pericarp thickness of 4.68mm. Additionally, the color of the pulp is orange, the segment wall thickness is thin, the pulp texture is crisp, melting, fragrant, the eatable proportion is high, and there is no seed. The juice content is 60.05%, the total soluble solids is 14.5, the titratable acidity is 0.38%, the ascorbic acid is 46.96 mg/100 mL, and the edible rate is 70.59%. The mature period of the fruit is mid-and-late November. It is resistant to drought and cold, but susceptible to citrus canker and citrus tristeza virus.Using SSR primers for PCR amplification, the results showed ‘Juxianglong’and ‘Bingtang Orange’ had significant genetic difference. Suitable cultivation regions of ‘Juxianglong’ are the same as sweet orange planting locations. |
