      为探讨套袋对毛花猕猴桃果实品质的影响,试验以毛花猕猴桃为材料,不套袋作为对照,研究了白色单层袋、外黄内黑单层袋对毛花猕猴桃果实外观和内在品质的影响。研究结果表明,白色单层袋、外黄内黑单层袋处理均能有效改善果实的外观品质,提高果实硬度;白色单层袋显著提高果实抗坏血酸、可溶性糖含量,而外黄内黑单层袋显著降低果实抗坏血酸、可溶性糖含量,与对照相比套袋均降低了果实可溶性固形物含量;经套袋处理的果实叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均比对照低。套袋对果实单果重、果形指数及干物质含量没有显著影响。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the effect of bagging on the quality of A.Eriantha fruit, the experiment was conducted with A.Eriantha as material and no bagging as control, the effects of white single-layer bag and yellow-inner-black single-layer bag on the appearance and internal quality of A.Eriantha fruit were studied. The results showed that the treatment of white single-layer bag and outer yellow inner black single-layer bag could effectively improve the appearance quality of the fruit and increase the fruit hardness; the white single-layer bag significantly increased the fruit ascorbic acid content and soluble sugar content, while the outer yellow and inner black single-layer bag significantly reduced the fruit ascorbic acid and soluble sugar content. Compared with the control, bagging reduced the content of soluble solids; and the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids of bagged fruits were lower than those of the control. Bagging had no significant effect on fruit single fruit weight, fruit shape index and dry matter content.
