本研究采用石蜡切片的方法,通过对百色地区主要种植的台农1号、红贵妃、金煌芒、红象牙、桂七5个杧果品种的叶片解刨结构进行观测,研究分析主脉直径(ZM)、叶片厚度(YP)、上表皮厚度(SBP)、下表皮厚度(XBP)、角质膜厚度(JZM)、栅栏组织厚度(ZL)、海绵组织厚度(HM)、栅海比(ZHB)、叶肉组织结构紧密度(CTR)和叶肉组织结构疏密度(SR)等10项指标,再通过隶属函数法对10项指标数据进行综合分析,来对5个杧果品种抗旱性进行评价,最后得出5个杧果品种的抗旱性由强到弱为:金煌芒>红贵妃>红象牙>桂七>台农1号。 |

Paraffin section technology and optical microscope technology were used to observed and measured The leaf anatomical structures of five kinds major cultivars of mango in Baise i.e. Tainong No.1, Jinhuang, Hongguifei, Hongxiangya, Guiqi. The main vein thickness, thickness of leaf, upper epidermal thickness, epidermis thickness ,cuticle, palisade tissue, spongy tissue, gate-to-sea ratio, leaf structural tightness, leaf structural looseness were chosen as observed indicators and used the membership function method to evaluate the drought resistance. The results showed that The order of drought resistance Jinhuang>Hongguifei>Hongxiangya>Guiqi>Tainong No.1. |
