      火龙果是我国南方重要的热带水果之一。研究钙对火龙果生理生化指标的影响,探索对火龙果抵御低温的响应。本研究以一年生紫红龙火龙果幼苗为材料,分别以0、5、10、15及20 mmol/L 等5个浓度硝酸钙溶液处理,分析其对火龙果嫩叶、老叶和根中生理生化指标的影响。结果显示,硝酸钙溶液处理可影响火龙果中MDA、SOD、POD、电导率和脯氨酸含量,不同浓度对不同部位的影响也有一定的差异,处理时间也有一定差异,但对含水量没有影响。
英文摘要:
      Pitaya is one of the most important tropical fruits in South China, the low temperature limits its production area greatly. To understand the effect of calcium on the physiological and biochemical metabolism of pitaya, and provide a theoretical basis for the resistance of pitaya to low temperature. In this study, the annual purple red pitaya seedlings were treated with 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mmol/L calcium nitrate solutions to analyze their effects on the physiological and biochemical metabolism of young leaves, mature leaves and roots of pitaya. The results showed that the contents of MDA, SOD, POD, electrical conductivity and proline in pitaya fruit were affected by the treatment of calcium nitrate solution, and the effects were different with different concentrations, tissues and treatment time, but there was no effect on the water content. In this study, it was clear that different concentrations of calcium nitrate solution could affect the physiological and biochemical metabolism in different tissues of pitaya, and found spraying calcium nitrate on pitaya plant might improve the resistance of low temperature.
