为建立梨砧木快繁体系,以抗寒耐盐碱梨砧木优系‘1-127’组培苗为试材,对影响增殖和生根的培养基、激素种类及配比进行研究。结果表明:‘1-127’组培苗适宜的增殖培养条件为WPM+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,增殖倍数可达到9倍,适宜的生根培养条件为WPM+NAA 0.05 mg/L,生根率为36%,生根时间为12 d。 |

In order to establish?in?vitro?culture?system of pear rootstock, the culture media, hormone types and ratio that effect the propagation and rooting were studied by using the pear rootstock ‘1-127’of cold-tolerance and salt-tolerance. The results showed that the suitable subculture medium for proliferation was WPM+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L, with a proliferation rate of 9, the rooting medium was WPM+NAA 0.05 mg/L,with a rooting rate of 36%,
and taked root for 12 days. |
