      以新余蜜橘二倍体为对照,从组织形态学,光合作用,抗逆性及激素含量等生理生化角度对新余蜜橘自然四倍体叶片进行初步评价。结果显示,相比新余蜜橘二倍体,新余蜜橘自然四倍体叶片叶形指数显著变小,叶片增厚,气孔密度变小,但气孔变大;叶绿素含量显著升高,抗性相关物质如木质素及酚类物质等含量显著升高;同时,叶片内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA),脱落酸(ABA),茉莉酸(JA)及异戊烯基腺嘌呤(IP)含量均显著升高,表现出高抗逆性的潜能。因此,新余蜜橘自然四倍体具备成为优良亲本的条件,可以为新余蜜橘和其它柑橘品种的无核育种提供良好的亲本材料和理论参考。
英文摘要:
      The leaves of Xinyu mandarin natural tetraploid were evaluated from the perspective of histomorphology, photosynthesis, stress resistance and hormone content, taking Xinyu mandarin diploid as a control. The results showed that, comparing with Xinyu mandarin diploid, the leaf shape index of Xinyu mandarin natural tetraploid was significantly smaller, and the leaves were thicker, the stomata density was smaller, but the stomata became larger; the chlorophyll content was significantly increased, and the contents of substances related with resistance, such as lignin and phenols, increased significantly; at the same time, the leaf endogenous hormones indoleacetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA), jasmonic acid (JA) and isopentenyl adenine (IP) were significantly elevated, showing the higher potential for stress resistance. Therefore, the natural tetraploid of Xinyu mandarin has the possibility to become an excellent parent, which can provide good parent material and theoretical reference for the seedless breeding of Xinyu mandarin and other citrus varieties.
