      为揭示罗汉果幼苗对盐胁迫的响应,本文研究了不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫处理罗汉果幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,罗汉果幼苗茎叶、根系质量、及叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b的含量逐渐减小,在40 mmol/L以上盐胁迫下茎叶鲜质量及叶绿素含量显著低于对照组;随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,Fo逐渐升高,Fm、Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm都逐渐减小,Fv"/Fm"和qP先增加后减小,qN逐渐升高,罗汉果幼苗的光化学量子产额(ΦPSⅡ)逐渐下降,尤其在120 mmol/L处理组罗汉果幼苗叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数均变化明显。综上可知,40 mmol/L以上盐胁迫对其生长特性、植株光合作用影响较大,120 mmol/L以上盐胁迫则严重抑制了罗汉果幼苗的生长、叶绿素含量及荧光特性。

      In order to reveal the response of the Siraitia grosvenorii seedlings to salt stress, the effects of NaCl solution stress on the Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of the Siraitia grosvenorii seedlings were studied. The results showed that With the increase of salt stress concentration, the weights of stems and leaves, root mass, chlorophyll A, chlorophyll B and chlorophyll A+B of the Siraitia grosvenorii seedlings decreased gradually, The fresh mass of the stems and leavesand chlorophyll content were significantly lower than those in the control group under salt stress above 40 mmol/L; With the increased of concentration of salt stress, The Fo, Fm, Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm gradually decreased, Fv"/Fm" and qP first increased and then decreased, and the qN rose gradually, ΦPSⅡ) gradually declined, especially when the salt concentrationin was 120 mmol/L, the content of chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters had changed significantly. In conclusion, The salt stress above 40 mmol/L had a great influence on the growth characteristics and photosynthesis of the plants, while the salt stress above 120 mmol/L seriously inhibited the growth, chlorophyll content and fluorescence characteristics of the seedlings.
