      为有效解决火龙果秋后产期调节生产上存在的出花量少、花蕾黄化脱落严重、坐果率低、果实偏小等问题,以期为指导火龙果合理补光、提高出花数和挂果率、实现增产增收提供理论参考。以火龙果“台农3号”为材料,采用不同补光灯距、叶面喷施不同浓度KH2PO4、不同时间段人工辅助授粉对火龙果进行处理,统计各处理出花量、成花率、挂果率、单果重等指标。试验结果表明:(1)秋后补光灯距越小光照度越高出花量越多,灯距为1.00m时第一、二批平均出花数分别达到1152.33朵和551.00朵;(2)在补光条件下,在一定浓度范围内叶面喷施KH2PO4浓度越高出花量越多,喷施浓度为20mmol/L时第二批平均出花数和成花率分别为454.67朵和72.80%;(3)人工辅助授粉挂果率和单果重明显高于自然授粉,第二批盛花期辅助授粉挂果率为93.33%。

      In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the regulation of the production of pitaya fruit after autumn, such as the small amount of flower production, the serious yellowing of buds, the low fruiting rate, the small fruit, etc., in order to provide theoretical reference for guiding pitaya fruit to reasonably supplement light, improve the number of flowers and fruit hanging rate, and realize the increase of production and income. Pitaya Fruit "Tainong 3" was used as the material. Different light spacing, different concentration KH2PO4 spraying on the leaf surface and different periods of artificial assisted pollination were used to treat pitaya fruit, and indexes such as flowering amount, flowering rate, fruiting rate and single fruit weight were counted. The experiment results show that :(1) The smaller the spacing of supplementary light in autumn, the higher the illuminance and the more flowers. When the spacing was 1.00m, the average number of flowers in the first and second batches reached 1,152.33 and 551.00 respectively.(2) Under the condition of light supplementing, the higher the concentration of KH2PO4 was in the range of a certain concentration, the more flowers were produced. When the concentration was 20mmol/L, the average flowering number and flowering rate of the second batch were 454.67 and 72.80%, respectively.(3) The fruit hanging rate and single fruit weight of artificial assisted pollination were significantly higher than that of natural pollination, and the fruit hanging rate of assisted pollination in the second batch of flowering period was 93.33%.
