      适合的土壤水分和光照强度更有利于植物生长。以冷饭团 (Kadsura coccinea)小苗为研究对象,采用LI-6400便携式光合仪对其光合日变化及不同土壤水分条件下的光合指标进行测定并分析。结果表明,冷饭团净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈“双峰”型,有轻微“午休”现象。不同有效辐射(PAR)阶段,不同土壤含水率实验组变化趋势不同,在PAR为200~600 μmol.(m2.s)-1阶段,各实验组均达到较高的Pn值,且实验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。弱光条件下[PAR<200 μmol.(m2.s)-1],随着土壤水分减少,光补偿点(LCP) 减小,对弱光的利用能力增加;强光条件下[PAR>600 μmol.(m2.s)-1],除含水率19.6%实验组,Pn、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs) 呈升高或稳定趋势变化外,其余5组随着含水率的减小而减小,水分利用率(WUE)先减小后平稳,且随含水率减小而增大。土壤含水率为19.6%,PAR 为600 μmol.(m2.s)-1] 是冷饭团较为适合生长的环境条件。

      In order to improve the introduction and domestication quality of Kadsura coccinea and the efficiency of light energy utilization, the two-year-old Kadsura coccinea of artificial seedlings were taken as the research objects and the photosynthetic indicators were measured using LI-6400. The results showed that the diural variation in photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Kadsura coccineabelonged to "the double peaks pattera"with a slight "midday depression". In different effective radiation (PAR) stages, different soil moisture content experiment groups have different changing trends. In the PAR of 200~600 μmol.(m2.s)-1 stage, each experiment group reached a higher Pn value, and there was no significant (P>0.05)difference between the experiment groups. Under low light [PAR<200 μmol.(m2.s)-1], the light compensation point (LCP) decreasesas the soil moisture decreases, and the ability to use lowlight increases, under strong light [PAR>600 μmol.(m2.s)-1], except for the experimental group with a water content of 19.6%, Pn, transpiration rate (Tr)and stomatal conductance (Gs) showed an increasing or stable trend, water use efficiency (WUE) decreases first and then stabilizes, and increases as the water content decreases.. Whichshows that within the radiation intensity of 0~1400 μmol.(m2.s)-1, the moisture content of 19.6% is more suitable for the photosynthesis of Kadsura coccinea, and slight drought can properly enhance the ability of Kadsura coccinea to use low light and improve the water utilization capacity.
