SQUAMOSA Promoter Binding Protein Like(SPL)基因是植物特有的转录因子,在植物生长发育过程中发挥重要的调节作用。本研究根据已释放的椰子转录组序列信息和水稻SPL基因家族的蛋白序列信息,一共从椰子转录组种鉴定出24个CnSPL基因,分别命名为CnSPL1~CnSPL24。Pfam分析表明椰子24个CnSPL基因同样具有已在拟南芥和水稻中报道的SBP-box保守结构域。通过聚类分析将24个基因分成6个亚族(G1~G6)。RPKM分析表明G5亚族的CnSPL1、CnSPL2、CnSPL3和CnSPL4基因在椰子不同组织中均处于高表达水平,而G3亚族中CnSPL5、CnSPL7、CnSPL11和CnSPL13基因在椰子不同组织中则均处于低表达水平。另外,CnSPL家族基因在胚胎愈伤组织中均有较高表达,说明CnSPL家族很可能参与椰子的胚胎愈伤的形成与分化。 |

SQUAMOSA Promoter Binding Protein Like(SPL)genes is a gene family of transcription factor specific in plant kingdom and meanwhile play a crucial role in regulating the plant growth and development. This study aims to identify SPL gene family in coconut genome. Firstly, protein sequence from rice genome were used as query to blast with coconut transcriptome sequence. A total of 24 CnSPL?genes were identified and named CnSPL1-CnSPL24. Pfam analysis showed that the 24 CnSPL?genes all contain SBP-box?conserved motif, which is in accordance with that reported in Arabidopsis and rice. Phylogenetic analysis showed that 24 CnSPL genes are classified into 6 groups(G1~G6) .FPKM analysis showed that CnSPL1, CnSPL2, CnSPL3, CnSPL4 in G5 have high expression level in different tissues and however, CnSPL5, CnSPL7, CnSPL11, CnSPL13 in G3 have very low expression level in different tissues. Meanwhile, CnSPL?genes all have high expression level in coconut embryo callus, indicating that CnSPL?genes may participate in embryo callus forming and differentiation. |
