      【目的】本实验以11个不同品种(系)的黄肉猕猴桃为研究材料,测定其不同品种(系)黄肉猕猴桃的可溶性固形物(SSC)、干物质、可滴定酸、维生素C(VC)、糖组分等指标,为选育优良黄肉猕猴桃品种(系)提供依据。【方法】随机挑选不同品种(系)的果实放置于室温条件下使其自然成熟。成熟后的果实去除果皮、果心,切碎后液氮冷冻,放置于-80℃冰箱保存备用。【结果】实验结果表明,所选11个品种(系)的黄肉猕猴桃单果重为41.35~120.28 g;果形指数为0.73~1.33,平均值为1.19;SSC为6.73%~13.76%,平均值为10.41%;可滴定酸为1.13%~2.26%,平均值为1.45%;VC含量为25.63~124.16mg/100g;葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖的含量为16.95~60.40mg/g。【结论】通过主成分分析方法综合评价得出‘奉黄2号’的综合指标表现优异,是比较理想的黄肉猕猴桃品种(系),可以作为江西省内黄肉猕猴桃品种(系)推广和新品种(系)培育的优良亲本材料。

      Summary: 【Objective】Eleven kiwifruit varieties (strain) with yellow-flesh were selected as materials to determine the soluble solid content (SSC), dry matter, titratable acid, and vitamin C (VC), Sugar components and other indicators in this experiment for selection and breeding excellent yellow-flesh kiwifruit varieties (strain). 【Methods】 Randomly select fruits of different varieties (lines) and place them at room temperature to make them mature naturally. After the ripe fruit, the peel and core are removed, chopped and frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored in a refrigerator at -80°C for later use.【Result】The results showed that the single fruit weight of the yellow fleshed kiwifruit that replaced eleven varieties (strain) was 41.35 ~120.28 g; Fruit shape index is 0.73~1.33, and the threshold is 1.19; SSC is 6.73%~13.76%, the average value is 10.41%; Titratable acid is 1.13%~2.26%, the average value 1.45%; VC content is 25.63~124.16mg/100g; The content of glucose, fructose and sucrose is 16.95~60.40mg/g. the content of glucose, fructose and sucrose is 16.95~60.40mg/g.【Conclusion】 The analysis found that the comprehensive index of 'Fenghuang 2' is excellent, and it is an ideal yellow-fleshed kiwifruit variety (strain), which can be used as a yellow-fleshed kiwifruit variety (strain) in Jiangxi Province to promote and cultivate new varieties (strain) Excellent parent material.
