      为了探索一年两熟栽培条件下叶片黄化处理对二季葡萄成花和果实品质的影响。在夏季果实采收后,树体恢复5周进行黄化处理,模拟葡萄自然休眠,观察其成花率、结果率并测定果实品质。本研究设7月21日、8月1日和8月12日3个时期进行黄化处理。结果显示:8月12日黄化处理的成花率和结果枝率显著高于其它2个时期,8月1日次之,7月21日最低;果实品质:可溶性固形物(TSS)、固酸比、纵横径和单果重8月1 黄化处理的显著高于其它时期,且不同时期黄化处理差异性显著。在果肉中,花青素、总酚的含量8月12日黄化处理的显著高于其它时期。在果皮中,相比其它时期8月12日葡萄果实花青素含量都显著高于其它时期。所以,综合成花率与果实品质两方面考虑,以8月12日进行黄化处理效果最佳。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the effect of degreening on the flowering and fruit quality of two cropping production of grape without overlap under protected environment in a single year. Grapevines were degreened at July 21, August 1 and August 12, all of which completed for 5 weeks of vine nutrient restoration after the harvest of the summer crop, to simulate grape natural dormancy. And evaluatehe the flowering percentage and fruitquality. The results showed that the flowering rate and fruiting branch rate in the treatment of degreening on August 12 were significantly higher than those on August 1 and July 21, followed by August 1 and the lowest on July 21. The fruit quality including soluble solids (TSS), ratio of TSS to acid, aspect ratio and mean weight degreened on August 1 was significantly higher than other two treatments, and the degreening treatments in different periods were significantly different. In the pulp, the contents of anthocyanins and total phenols were significantly higher in the yellowing treatment on August 12 than in other periods. Compared with other periods, the anthocyanin content of grape fruit was significantly higher than that in other periods in the peel. Therefore, considering the two aspects of flowering rate and fruit quality, the degreening treatment on August 12 is the best.
