以海南‘妃子笑’荔枝为材料,探究了采前喷施次磷酸钾对果实品质及采后贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,采前喷施次磷酸钾提高了单果重和坐果率,有利于增加产量;提高了果皮颜色参数a值和花色苷含量,促进果皮转红;提高了果肉可溶性固形物含量和固酸比,改善了果实品质。同时,次磷酸钾处理提高了荔枝中黄铜和总酚含量,降低了采后褐变指数,说明次磷酸钾处理在荔枝的采后贮藏过程中,可以增加果实的耐贮性。 |

Absrtact:To study the effects of Potassium Hypophosphite in the pre-harvest application on fruit quality and storability of litchi were explored Litchi cultivar ‘Feizixiao’ was selected as the material. The results are as follows. Compared with the control, pre-harvest spraying Potassium Hypophosphite increased the weight of single fruit and fruit setting rate, which was beneficial to increase the yield. Fruit color parameter of fruit peel a value and anthocyanin content of the peel had been improved so that it promoted the redness of the peel. It also increased the soluble solid content and solid-acid ratio which improved fruit quality. At the same time, Using Potassium Hypophosphite treatment increased the content of brass and total phenols in litchi, reduced the postharvest browning index, which indicating that Potassium Hypophosphite treatment could increase the storability of the fruit during the postharvest storage of litchi. |
