      为探究增强UV-B辐射对“贵妃”杧果产量、果实品质和光合作用的影响,在田间人工模拟96 kJ·m-2·d-1增强UV-B辐射处理“贵妃”杧果成年树,以自然光为对照,测定了成熟叶片的光合指标、果实成熟批次比率、单位树冠体积果实产量和常规品质。结果表明,处理的果实成熟期明显提前,单果重下降,但单位树冠体积产量效率无显著差异;在第一批果的可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量和糖酸比、固酸比显著高于对照,可滴定酸含量显著低于对照;后两批果除5月7日处理的果实维生素C含量显著高于对照外,处理与对照在其余品质指标上均无显著差异;处理的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等均明显高于对照。可见,96 kJ·m-2·d-1的增强UV-B辐射通过增强叶片光合作用而促使果实提早成熟,导致第一批果实综合营养风味品质优于对照;使平均单果重降低而又不引起单位树冠体积产量效率下降。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the yield of single tree, fruits quality, photosynthesis of mango trees under enhanced UV-B radiation,the treatment of artificial simulation of enhanced UV-B radiation (96kJ · m-2 · d-1) were conducted with the adult trees of ’Gulfei’ mango in the field, and photosynthetic index of leaves, ripening ratio, yield and quality of fruit were observed. The results showed that, compared to the control (natural lighting), the ripening rate of mango increased significantly and the weight of single mango decreased, but there was no significant difference in yield efficiency. The soluble sugar, soluble solids, vitamin C , sugar acid ratio and solid acid ratio in the first harvest were significantly higher than the control , the titratable acid content was significantly lower than the control. The vitamin C was significantly higher than the control on May 7, there was no significant difference in other quality indexes between treatment and control at other times. After treated by enhanced UV-B radiation, net photosynthetic rate (pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) in mango trees of leaves were significantly higher than the control. It can be seen that enhanced UV-B radiation (96kJ · m-2 · d-1) could promote photosynthesis of the mature leaves, and improve maturity of mango, so that the first harvest of mango comprehensive quality better than the control, the average weight of single mango was decreased without decreasing the yield efficiency.
