      探索自修复多层液膜处理采前涂膜处理对采后桂热82号芒果果实品质及保鲜效果的影响,为芒果采后的贮藏保鲜提提供理论依据及技术指导。以桂热82号为材料,于采前30 d对芒果果实进行以下处理,1% 壳聚糖浸涂(CTS)、自修复多层液膜浸涂(SMCM),以清水处理为对照,探讨这两种保鲜方式对芒果采后果实品质及保鲜的效应。结果说明,SMCM处理对芒果的果实品质和采后保鲜效应更好。SMCM处理可以抑制芒果腐烂率、失重率、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量的上升,延缓芒果硬度、可滴定酸(TA)、可溶性糖(SSC)及VC含量的下降,更好的维持了芒果的果实品质,除此以外,其还抑制丙二醛(MDA)含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)酶活性的上升,降低了膜脂系统的伤害,提高了芒果过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,提高了芒果的抗氧化能力,对芒果的采后保鲜效应具有积极作用。因此,SMCM采前处理能较好的保持采后芒果果实的品质,减少膜脂系统损害、提高果实抗氧化能力,提高了芒果的采后保鲜效应,可用于芒果采后保鲜。
英文摘要:
      The effects of self-repairing multilayer liquid membrane treatment on the quality and fresh-keeping of Mango Fruits were studied in order to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the storage of Mango Fruits. The mango fruits were treated with 1% CTS and self-repairing multi-layer liquid membrane coating (SMCM)30 days before harvest, the effects of two fresh-keeping methods on postharvest physiology and storage quality of Mango were studied. The results showed that SMCM treatment had better effect on mango fruit quality and postharvest preservation. SMCM treatment could inhibit the increase of decay rate, weight loss rate, TSS content, delay the decrease of hardness, TA , SSC and VC content, and maintain the quality of mango fruit better, in addition, it also inhibited the increase of MDA content and PPO activity, reduced the injury of membrane lipid system, and increased the activity of CAT, POD and SOD, the anti-oxidation ability of mango was improved and the effect of postharvest fresh-keeping of mango was positive. Therefore, SMCM can keep the quality of mango fruit, reduce the damage of membrane lipid system, improve the anti-oxidation ability of mango fruit, and improve the fresh-keeping effect of mango fruit.
