从果园果树根系土壤中分离得到拮抗菌株N-1,结合形态学表征、微生物基础生理生化特性及基因序列分析,菌株N-1被鉴定为暹罗芽孢杆菌(Bacillus siamensis)。活体试验表明,拮抗菌N-1能够显著降低荔枝果实在采后贮藏期的腐烂率,此外,基于荔枝褐变的发生,荔枝果实的好果率得到了很好的提升(p<0.05)。提高荔枝果实的好果率,其活体防效是通过参与诱导多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)等病程相关酶活性的提高来实现的。 |

An antagonistic strain N-1 was isolated from the root soil of orchard orchards. Combining morphological characterization, basic microbial physiological and biochemical characteristics and gene sequence analysis, strain N-1 was identified as Bacillus siamensis. The biological control test showed that the strain N-1 was capable of reducing the postharvest rot rate of litchi fruits for exerting antagonism. In addition, the occurrence of browning make it was found that the good fruits rate of litchi fruits has been improved by strain N-1 (p<0.05). The biological control effect of strain N-1 was achieved by participating in the promotions of activities of disease-resistant enzymes such as polyphenol oxidase (PPO), peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and so on. |
