以“玫瑰红龙”火龙果成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织为材料,研究不同光质配比的LED光处理对火龙果愈伤组织生长的动态影响。结果表明1红1绿光质配比,12h/d照射,最有利于火龙果愈伤组织的生长,在28d至42d细胞增长最快且活性最高,为0.78-0.75。其次是白光>1红1蓝>1绿1蓝>1红1绿1蓝>红光,在70d培养周期内,第35d是较理想的收获时间。 |

Callus induced from mature embryos of Pitaya(Rose Red Dragon fruit) were used as the material to study the dynamic effects of LED different light qualities on the callus growth and cell viability.The results showed that the ratio of 1R1G light quality, 12h/d light treatment, was most conducive to the growth and cell viability. From the 28th day to the 42th day, the cells grew fastest and the activity highest,the fresh weight was 34.4g on the 40th day,the cell viability were 0.78-0.75. The residual sorting were white>1R1B>1G1B>1 R1G1B>RED. In the culture cycle, the 35th day was the ideal time to get high cell viability callus of Pitaya. |
