      融安金桔品质优良是当地名优水果。近年来,在金桔产区春夏交接温暖多雨季节,发现新梢易感染一种霉病,新梢感病后变黑枯萎脱落。为了弄清其致病菌的类型和生长特性,在形态学观察与分子生物学鉴定的基础上,进一步探讨温度、pH值、光照、C源和N源对菌落生长的影响,并用施保克和硼酸进行室内防效试验。结果发现,致病菌为环状毛霉(Mucor circinelloides f.)(JinJu-01),该菌的最适生长温度为25 ℃,最适的为pH7-9,最适的C源是麦芽糖,最适的N源为牛肉浸出膏。连续光照可抑制菌落生长,施保克和H3BO4均可抑制菌落生长,当H3BO4浓度达0.2%时则完全抑制菌落生长。经硼酸处理使菌丝细胞膜受损,细胞透过性增大,从而抑制菌落生长。研究结果为由金桔叶片环状毛霉引起的霉菌病害防治提供新的方法。
英文摘要:
      Rongan kumquat is well known for its high nutrition and pleasant flavor. In recent years, a new leaf mould was found in kumquat new shoots during the warm and rainy season at the late spring or the early summer, which caused the new shoots and leaves to be black and then to fall. In order to understand the categories and growth characteristics of the pathogen, it is necessary to study the effect of temperature, pH value, light, source of C and N on the colony growth, and prevention measures based on the morphological observation and molecular biological identification. The results showed that the pathogen was Mucor circinelloides f. (Jinju-01). The optimal pathogen growth environments were 25 ℃, pH7-9, D-fructose for C source, beef extract for N source. Morevoer, continuous illumination inhibited colony growth. When added different chemistry into the potato dextrose agar, SporgonSand H3BO4 could significantly inhibit colony growth. However, H3BO4 showed better treatmentSefficiency, 0.2% H3BO4 treatment could complete inhibit colony growth. H3BO4 treatment could induce cell membrane damage and cell permeability of mycelium, thus inhibited the colony growth. The result showd that H3BO4 can be applied into preventting Mucor circinelloides f from infecting, and this research could provide a new measure for preventing Mucor circinelloides f.to infect the new shoots of Rongan kumquat.
