取‘翠香’猕猴桃的幼嫩枝条为材料,利用不同激素及浓度诱导茎段腋芽、增殖、生根,并进行驯化移栽。结果表明:‘翠香’猕猴桃茎段腋芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+2.0 mg.L-16-BA+0.3 mg.L-1NAA,诱导率达88.89%;增殖培养最佳培养基为MS+5 mg.L-1 6-BA+0.4 mg.L-1 NAA,增殖系数为6.20,三代内增殖效果稳定;生根培养的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.9 mg.L-1IBA,生根率为94.44%,根数为11.40,根长为2.94;驯化后移栽成活率达88.33%。 |

Taking young branches of Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa ‘cuixiang’ as materials, different hormones and concentrations were used to induce axillary buds of stem segments, proliferation, rooting, and domesticated and transplanted. The most appropriate medium of induction of axillary buds was MS+2.0 mg.L-16-BA+0.3 mg.L-1NAA, and a maximum induction rate was 88.89%. The most appropriate medium of multiplication culture was MS+5 mg.L-1 6-BA+0.4 mg.L-1 NAA, and a maximum multiplication coefficient was 6.20, and stable multiplication effect within three generations. The most appropriate medium of rooting culture was 1/2MS+0.9 mg.L-1IBA, and a maximum rooting rate was 94.44%, rooting number was 11.40, roots length was 2.94. The survival rate of transplanting after refining seedlings reaches 88.33%. This study provides technical support for factory seedling of Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa ‘cuixiang’. |
