      [目的]为确定瓯柑合适的采摘期,为瓯柑的采收、贮藏和销售提供参考。设置了三个采收期,测定了不同采收期的果实贮藏过程中的腐烂率、失重率、总糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等指标。结果表明,采收期Ⅰ的果实腐烂率和失重率较低,总糖和可溶性固形物含量低,酸含量高;采收期Ⅲ的果实品质较好,但在贮藏中果实腐烂率高,果实容易失水干枯;采收期Ⅱ的果实,贮藏结束后果实腐烂率低,无干枯果,总糖含量和可溶性固形物含量都高,总酸含量低,果实外观品质和口感好,并在常温贮藏中保持了较好的品质、耐贮性以及商品价值,因此认为采收期2(11月下旬)为瓯柑最适宜的采收期。
英文摘要:
      In order to determine the suitable harvest time, providing reference for the harvesting, storage and marketing of Ougan(Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka),the changes of fruit quality were investigated in this research. The results showed that the loss and decay incidence of the fruits of haverst Ⅰ were significantly lower than haverst Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the total sugar content and total soluble solids were lowerst at the same time. The fruit quality of haverst Ⅲ were best, but the fruit rot rate is high during storage, and the fruit is easy to lose water and dry up. The fruit of haverst Ⅱ had lower decay incidence and titratable acidity, higher total sugar content and total soluble solids. According to analysis, the storage quality of fruit of haverst Ⅱ was better than haverst Ⅱ and Ⅰ. So haverst Ⅱ (late November)was considered the most suitable harvest time for Ougan.
