‘金艳’猕猴桃是江西省近年广泛引种的一个黄肉猕猴桃品种,为了解其引种表现及合理科学地进行栽培管理,本研究从江西省宜春市、赣州市、上饶市等几个‘金艳’猕猴桃栽培面积较大的产区采集样品,对其外观品质和内在品质进行测定及分析。结果表明:不同产地的‘金艳’猕猴桃的外观品质存在一定差异,其中果形指数差异相对较小,果实均呈长圆柱形。内在品质同样具有较大差异,产自寻乌县的果实的单果重、可溶性固形物、干物质含量、抗坏血酸和可溶性糖含量均为所有产区中最大;产自奉新县的果实具有较高的果实硬度与糖酸比,其果实的可滴定酸含量为所有产区中最小。综上可知,产自寻乌县的‘金艳’猕猴桃果实品质综合表现相对较好,表明‘金艳’猕猴桃比较适宜在江西省赣南地区发展。 |

‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit is a yellow-flesh kiwifruit variety widely introduced in recent years in Jiangxi province. In order to observe its introduction performance and reasonable scientific cultivation management, this study selected samples from Yichun, Ganzhou, Shangrao and other large cultivation areas of ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit, and compared and analyzed its appearance quality and internal quality. The results showed that there were some differences in the appearance quality of ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit from different habitats. The fruit shape index was relatively small, and the fruit was long cylindrical. The internal quality was also quite different, and the single fruit weight, soluble solids, dry matter content, ascorbic acid and soluble sugar content of the fruit from Xunwu county were the largest in all production areas. The fruit from Fengxin county has higher fruit hardness and sugar acid ratio, and the titratable acid content of the fruit is the lowest in all producing areas. In conclusion, the fruit quality of ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit from Xunwu county is relatively good, indicating that ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit is suitable for development in southern Jiangxi province. |
