      为了减少百香果在繁殖过程中的病毒积累,提高种苗繁殖效率,满足百香果规模化生产的种苗需求。本研究以百香果茎段为材料,探索其组织培养的基本条件,建立以百香果茎段为外植体的组培快繁体系。研究结果表明:百香果组培过程中,以RMS基础培养基诱导出苗效果较好;继代培养时采用促进腋芽生枝和单芽茎段微扦插接种方式,增殖倍数相比较传统接种显著提高;在生根培养基中加入1mg/L的IBA能显著促进根系生长;采用进口草碳:粗砂=4:1的基质配比,对百香果组培苗移栽成活率的提高有显著的效果,其成活率达84%。本研究建立了百香果组培苗快繁体系,筛选出最佳的培养基、接种方式以及添加物促进百香果诱导、继代、生根,同时探索了移栽条件对成活率的影响。

      In order to reduce the accumulation of viruses in the process of reproduction of Passiflora edulis, improve the reproduction efficiency of seedlings, and meet the seedling needs of large-scale production of Passiflora edulis. In this study, Passiflora edulis stems were used as materials to explore the basic conditions of tissue culture, and a tissue culture and rapid propagation system with Passiflora edulis stems as explants was established. The results of the study showed that during the process of tissue culture of Passiflora edulis, the RMS basic medium was used to induce seedling emergence; the subculture adopts the method of micro-cutting inoculation to promote axillary buds and single bud stems, and the proliferation multiple is significantly higher than that of traditional inoculation; Adding 1mg/L of IBA to the rooting medium can significantly promote root growth; The use of imported grass carbon: coarse sand = 4:1 substrate ratio has a significant effect on the survival rate of transplanted Passiflora edulis tissue culture seedlings. The survival rate reached 84%. In this study, a rapid propagation system of Passiflora edulis tissue culture seedlings was established, and the best medium, inoculation method and additives were selected to promote the induction, passage and rooting of Passiflora edulis.
