本研究对海南10份槟榔干果类型进行品质性状测定及评估检验评分,旨在筛选出不同功能用途的槟榔果类型。结果表明,10份槟榔干果纵径、横径及单果重变异范围较小,而化学成分组成变异范围较大,特别是多酚类物质含量,具有丰富的遗传多样性。采用评估检验法评价不同干果类型,表明椭圆形果综合评分较高,商品指标符合加工优品标准,其次为长椭圆形果、卵形果等,近圆形果和枣形果综合评分较低,不适用于加工干果。但枣形果具有多酚类物质含量高、槟榔碱含量低的特点,是开发保健品和鲜果嚼食的理想材料。 |

In order to select new materials for market demand, 10 samples of dried fruit quality traits and evaluation test were analyzed. The results showed that the variation range of longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and single fruit weight of 10 samples of arecanut were small, the variation range of chemical composition were large, especially the content of polyphenols, which had rich genetic diversity. The evaluation method was used to evaluate different dried fruit types, the oval fruit was the most suitable fruit type for processing, which conforms to the high quality fruit processing standard, followed by the long-oval fruit and the ovoid fruit, the most unsuitable fruit types for processing are jujube fruit and suborbicular fruit. Jujube-shaped fruit(S-J18-25)has the characteristics of high polyphenol content and low arecoline content. It is an ideal material for developing into health products and fresh fruit chewing. |
